Zhongde Holdings and Benin ASSANA Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On September 9, Sino-German Holding Group and Benin ASSANA Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will rely on their respective advantages to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of new energy sanitation, intelligent sanitation, emergency firefighting, medical rescue and other equipment, and jointly explore the West African market.

Visit the Sino-German quick modification workshop

Before the signing ceremony, the ASSANA delegation went to the Sino-German Quick Modification Production Workshop for an on-site visit. They walked into the modification production line, painting workshop and finished product inspection area, and had an in-depth understanding of vehicle disassembly, parts refurbishment, vehicle assembly and other aspects. Chairman Waliou affirmed the modification technology and workmanship standards of Sino-German Speed Modification.

The two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement

Li Zhiping, chairman of Sino-German Holding Group, led his deputy general manager and international business team to attend the signing ceremony, and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Mr. AININ. Waliou, chairman of Benin ASSANA Group, on behalf of both companies.

At the ceremony, the two parties reached an agreement on the cooperation content, promotion rhythm and phased goals. Sino-German Holdings is responsible for product supply, technical support and production capacity guarantee, while ASSANA Group is responsible for market channel expansion and localized service operations in West Africa.
